GARAGE CLEANING & ORGANIZING SERVICE AGREEMENT
Comprehensive Client Contract & Liability Waiver
Section 1: Parties to This Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date signed below, by and between:

Together referred to as “the Parties.”
Section 2: Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to perform the following services at the above-listed address on the agreed service date(s):

- Any work inside the home beyond the garage
- Installation of electrical, plumbing, or structural components
Section 3: Payment Terms

Late Payment: Any balance unpaid within 7 days of job completion will be subject to a late fee of $25 per week until paid in full.
Returned Checks: A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Section 4: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled start time: Full deposit refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time: Deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.
- If the Service Provider must cancel due to illness, emergency, or weather, a full refund of any deposit will be issued and a new date will be offered at no penalty to the Client.
Section 5: Liability Waiver & Release
The Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
5.1 Accidental Damage
The Client understands that garage cleaning and organizing involves handling, moving, and sorting personal property. The Service Provider will exercise reasonable care, but the Client releases the Service Provider from liability for any accidental damage to items during the course of services, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or breakage of fragile, worn, or unstable items.
5.2 Pre-Existing Damage
The Service Provider will document the pre-existing condition of the garage and any notable items prior to beginning work (see Section 7: Condition Report). The Client agrees that the Service Provider is not responsible for any damage, deterioration, or defect that existed prior to the date of service.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
In the event the Service Provider is found liable for damage, the Service Provider’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in which the damage occurred.
5.4 Injury on Premises
The Client agrees to maintain a reasonably safe environment and will notify the Service Provider of any known hazards (unstable shelving, pest infestations, sharp objects, etc.) prior to the start of service. The Service Provider assumes no liability for injury caused by undisclosed hazards on the Client’s property.
Section 6: Pre-Service Condition Report & Valuable Items
Before work begins, the Service Provider will conduct a walkthrough of the garage with the Client to document the current condition of the space and any items of noted value. Both Parties will sign the condition report (attached as Exhibit A).
Client Declaration of Valuables: The Client agrees to identify and either remove or clearly mark any items of significant monetary or sentimental value before the service begins. The Service Provider is not responsible for items of high value that were not disclosed or marked prior to the start of service.
